Rate Summary
Confidence Lesson Fees
~ this service is no longer available ~
All lessons have been cancelled due to client and instructor boredom
from the horse going around and around and around and around in circles.
Riders can easily learn basic riding skills
during any guided trail ride where the scenery
is both more beautiful and more challenging.
A lead line can be attached to any horse and we will lead
the horse with rider along the trail until the rider has
the confidence to control the horse on their own.
Trail rides are our preferred method of lesson service.
Groundwork Training Fees

All training of horses owned by other persons has been cancelled due to clients will learn far
more and gain better respect by working with their own horses.
Horse owners are welcome to join us at
the ranch and learn basic groundwork
skills on our horses and get assistance in
transfering those skills to their own horse.
$20 per hour suggested donation.
We reserve the right to refuse training assistance.

Trail Riding -
For those people who may be financially challenged, we do offer bartering
exchanges of riding for your farm labor. Young or old, there is always work that needs to be done at
the ranch. For 3 (three) hours of sincere attempts to complete chores around the ranch, we give 1 (one)
hour of saddle time out on the trail. See our Chore List for work that needs to be done. Note that
we exchange for basic hourly rides out of the ranch only, no bartering for any specialty rides.
Trail Guide -
Horse owners may ’haul in’ their own horses and ride the
trails out of the ranch. Guiding of ’haul in’ riders is free on the trails out of
the ranch when the ranch is not sponsoring a specialty or experience ride.

effectively round pen for respect. We will brainstorm on problems and suggest methods to
